The Glazers have been all Mission Impossible (for your eyes only) about the new training facility, to the point where they have banned the media from taking pictures of it. But that didn't prevent Tampa Bay It should come as no surprise that the workaholic Gruden has a shower in his office. What should scare you is that the shower overlooks the practice field.
